Alternative Payment Arrangement; MOCAP on-call (average 1:3 or 1:4 call shifts); REEF ER incentive $400 per 24-hour shift or $200 per 12-hour shift; After Hours Premium (AHP) eligible for FPE incentive; housing provided; Locums of BC assistance available.
