Combination payment model

Clinical Service Contract. Estimated remuneration for 1.0 FTE includes Retention Premium and Flat Fee. Relocation funding: $9,000 (relocating from within BC); $12,000 (from another province in Canada); $15,000 (from outside Canada).

Fee-for-Service; Relocation incentives: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.
