Mental Health, Recovery Alberta is inviting applications for the position of a Child Psychiatrist for Central Zone Children's Services.
If a collegial working environment in a diverse community practice within a 90-minute drive to the Canadian Rocky Mountains is what you are looking for, you've come to the right place!
The Child Psychiatrist will provide consulting and follow-up services to the Community Mental Health clinics in rural communities across the Central Zone, including the Drumheller, Wainwright, and Camrose areas.
The successful candidate will provide a scope of practice that includes outpatient clinical support including face-to-face and telehealth consulting and ongoing support for outlying areas. Support for Mental Health Programs throughout Central Zone is expected.
Candidates require recent and relevant experience in all scopes of practice to be performed.

- Experience within the past 24 months being responsible for after hours inpatient care.
