Ajax Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic is a modern, community-focused medical centre located in the new Longo’s Plaza in Ajax. Our clinic provides full-spectrum primary care, walk-in services, women’s health, menopause care, chronic disease management, joint injections, and more. With an on-site medical laboratory, we offer streamlined diagnostics and comprehensive care under one roof.

We are looking for a Family Physician to join our growing team and help meet the high patient demand in Ajax and the Durham Region.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to walk-in and/or family practice patients
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with clinic physicians, medical assistants, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with CPSO and OHIP standards

Requirements

• Licensed Family Physician (CPSO) or eligible for licensing in Ontario
• Open to UK-trained physicians — LMIA and relocation support available
• Interest in building a long-term family practice or supporting walk-in volume
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
