Family Physicians — Walk-In & Family Practice, Thornhill

An established multi-physician family practice and walk-in clinic in the heart of Thornhill is expanding and seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join our growing team. We currently support a high volume of walk-in and rostered patients across a team of experienced physicians, MOAs, and administrative staff.

We are particularly looking for physicians available to provide walk-in and weekend coverage, with flexible scheduling options available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to walk-in and rostered patients of all ages

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging

• Perform routine examinations, preventative care, and vaccinations

• Complete medical forms, third-party requests, and documentation in EMR

• Refer to specialists when appropriate and manage referral follow-up

• Collaborate with our physician group and clinic team to ensure continuity of care

• Adhere to CPSO, OHIP, and clinic policies and standards

Qualifications:

• MD with current CPSO licensure

• CCFP designation preferred

• Valid CMPA coverage

• Licensed IMGs with current CPSO registration are welcome to apply

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
