FHO Maternity Locum in Ottawa
Duration: 9–12 months, from May 2025 to May 2026, with an opportunity to become a full-time FHO associate.

The clinic is located in Westboro at Hampton Park Plaza. You’ll have access to your own office, two exam rooms, and equipment for various procedures, including biopsies, joint injections, IUD insertions, and cryotherapy. The clinic also features an on-site pharmacy and free parking within the plaza. Additionally, it serves as the after-hours clinic for our patients.

As a physician-owned and managed clinic, we offer greater autonomy in managing operations. Our team consists of four close-knit physicians and three experienced administrative assistants, providing unparalleled support and collaboration. We use the Practice Solutions EMR system, Ocean, and Prescribe IT. Remote work is possible via a secure VPN.

My practice includes a roster of approximately 900 patients, which can be managed with six half-days of coverage. You'll have the flexibility to tailor your schedule to suit your needs.

Compensation: $500 per half-day, 100% of third-party billings, Higher rates for after-hours coverage (25% overhead)

There are additional opportunities for after-hours clinic or nursing home coverage.

If you enjoy the locum and wish to extend your time with us, there is an option to assume part of our existing patient roster or build your own practice based on your preferences.
