Clinical Service Contract; accommodation provided; round-trip ferry costs covered; meal per diems on travel days

New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) contracts; Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) contracts; Fee-for-Service (FFS) contracts; competitive FFS compensation splits.

Alternative Payment Program (APP) clinical service contract; $198.47/hr plus applicable after-hours premiums and any hours for services provided during the MOCAP period at the hourly rate; on-site after-hours as medically required at the contract rate plus MOCAP.
