Vintage View Medical is a busy, traditional Physician-owned Family Practice in West Kelowna looking to add another valued member to our 6 Doctor team.

You have the opportunity to build and shape your own practice, depending on your interests, with full support from experienced colleagues and our Admin team. We are well versed at this, having expanded with 3 new Doctors over the last 3 years (including 2 relocating from the UK)
IMGs welcomed, we can offer supervision for Provisional Licensees.

We do not offer a walk-in service so you will only see clinic patients.

The clinic uses EMR records (Oscar Pro), and we are a teaching site for UBCO.
We cross-cover each other’s patients and labs so there is no requirement for locums when you have time off.

You can work towards whatever suits you and helps you achieve that great balance in home and work life. Vacation time is also flexible.
We are supportive and will assist with billing if you are new to BC.
Initially we have a fixed split for overhead however we offer the option to buy in to be a Joint Owner, allowing one of the lowest overhead costs in the area.

Income is only dependent on how hard you would like to work and there is the ability to generate high earnings in the clinic.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
