THE OPPORUNTIY:

               The Iroquois Falls Family Health Team (IFFHT) and its group of 3 Family Physicians are looking for 2 more associates to join their team. IFFHT is conveniently and strategically located on the Anson General Hospital property, thereby offering easy access to hospital supports such as x-ray, laboratory services and physiotherapy. The Iroquois Falls Family Health Team has a great office equipped with spacious physician offices and examination rooms, as well as a full complement of interdisciplinary professionals (NP’s, RPN’s, RN’s RC’s ED, etc.) waiting to assist you. IFFHT also has full clerical staff and EMR, helping remove any administrative headaches!

               This permanent full-time position offers weekday appointments with the clinic being open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. In the relaxing community of Iroquois Falls boasting with unique summer and winter fun, this offers the perfect opportunity for work-life balance. Please note that the opportunity also exists to share in the hospital on-call services and Emergency Department on-call schedule if desired!

COMPENSATION:

               IFFHT physicians belong to a FHO (Family Health Organization) which is a blended-capitation model. With the town of Iroquois Falls being home to many un-rostered patients, this offers ample opportunity to easily grow your perfect practice with excellent compensation. To help you get started, the FHO also offers an Income Stabilization Plan (max annual compensation of $224,590) to support physicians while they develop their patients roster prior to converting to the blended-capitation group model.
