Blended Payment (Contract) - based on SMA Family Physician Compensation Grid; salary range $391,237 to $452,949. Eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000). Recruitment/relocation stipend $15,000 for a commitment of 3 years or more. Return-for-service: 3 years.

Contract; monthly payments based on SMA Family Physician Compensation Grid (Rural). Year 1: $391,237; Year 2: $410,732; Year 3: $431,401; Year 4: $452,949. Additional compensation: ERCP stipend and Comprehensive Care Bonus. Eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000). Recruitment/relocation incentive: $15,000 (3-year return-for-service).

Remuneration for this position is based on the Academic Medicine & Health Services Program (AMHSP). Salary will commensurate with education and experience and ranges based on a number of different factors and can range between $300,000 to $800,000 per year. Total compensation for AMHSP varies by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average amounts for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health. A comprehensive benefits package will also be offered.

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours care payments: $1,000 for weekday shifts and $1,400 for weekend shifts; sessional payments for mentorship activities, events and quality improvement projects; LTCI incentive payments
