Job Description
Lovely well located office close to downtown hospitals.
3 other lovely family doctors work in our office with 2 admins and clinic manager with experience (10 years with us).
My roster is around 1800 patients that have been with me for 10 years.
I would need 6 half days (I usually do Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
Our EMR is Avaros.
Our FHO provides after hour coverage so would need about 2 evenings per month 5-8 (you would start clinic later on those days).
Compensation 500 per half day + inbox coverage (TBD with new fho+ model)
Requirements: MD, CFPC, CPSO, CMPA, references
