Various locations have opportunities for an ATTENDING PHYSICIAN located in West Ottawa.

We are looking for a physician to join our team who will support and embrace our resident-centered approach. Attending Physicians at Riverstone Retirement Communities have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, families, and team members.

Our new Attending Physician will contribute to our Mission, Vision, and Values in the following ways:

• Provide quality medical care and services to our residents living within our Assisted Care, Memory Care and Independent Living.
• Document resident health records during each clinical visit
• Work in collaboration with the care team to provide guidance for the care team
• Deliver standard on-site clinics and provide reasonable after-hours availability for emergencies
• Participate in care planning or care conferences with families and/or residents if requested.

Our new Attending Physician will have:

• Have current knowledge of geriatrics, gerontology and palliative care
• Maintain good Standing with the College of Physicians within the Province of Ontario
• Ability to work collaboratively with our nursing teams and Director of Care

Pay: Competitive Stipend

• Doctoral Degree (required)

License/Certification:
