Compensation will be commensurate with the level of training and experience and will comply with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician Agreement Compensation for Oncologic Imaging physicians. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. CCA Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience. • Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days. • Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta. An excellent remuneration package including relocation assistance is provided. Starting remuneration is commensurate with the level of fellowship training and experience. Remuneration range for a Pathologist in Alberta is $364,597.00 to $424,123.00 Candidates interviewed for this position may be considered for other positions.

Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Compensation will be comprised of the following: 1) Cancer Care Alberta AHS remuneration for 60% Malignant Hematology services. Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $249,715 per annum and Level 3 $318,805 per annum. 2) Fee for Service arrangement for 40% Non-Malignant Hematology services. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Compensation will comply with the Cancer Care Alberta and University of Alberta compensation guidelines.

Sessional contract (Clinical Service Contract) for 3.5 hours/week; sessional funding available for calls outside of clinic.

80/20 split (Alternative Payment Arrangement)

Signing bonus $25,000; Option for LFP, FFS or NTP contract; 100% of LFP panel payment to physician (no overhead); Fee-for-Service available.
