Mixed billing (MSP and sessional billing) / Fee-for-Service; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives including Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time), Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000, Fee Premium 6.09%, Annual Flat Fee $9,437.76, Rural CME (starting $2,200/yr in years 3–4 to max $4,400/yr), and other RSA payments.

Alternative Payment Arrangement. Eligible for Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA): recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated), relocation up to $15,000, fee/retention premium 6.93%, annual flat fee ~$10,739.52, CME payments $2,200 (years 3–4) and $4,400 (after 4 years).

Clinical Service Contract; $20,000 signing bonus; 75/25 all-inclusive split with bi-monthly payments (FFS, LFP); additional incentives available (Chronic Care billing, medico-legal reports, ICBC, private forms)

Combination (payment model)

75/25 split for direct care and private patients; 85/15 split for indirect care; 100% of billings for admin and annual patient panel payment
