Remuneration for the 0.2 FTE Medical Director role will be provided under a separate contract, while compensation for the clinical portion (up to 0.8 FTE) will be based on an Alternate Relationship Plan. Fee-for-service (FFS) compensation in accordance with Alberta Health Schedule of Medical Benefits (SOMB). Earnings depend on practice volume. Overhead details discussed at interview.

$507,807.00 - $579,394.00 (contract). Competitive contract value plus an on-call stipend through the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program. Eligible for Pediatric Gastroenterology Recruitment & Retention Incentive up to $200,000 and a $30,000 Priority Specialist Recruitment incentive.

Contracted position. Base remuneration listed: $500,871.00. Call remuneration paid separately through the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program (SECP). Recruitment incentives: $25,000 relocation/stipend (3‑year return-of-service) and $30,000 Specialist Grant through the Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA).
