Position compensated via an Alternative Payment Plan (APP) contract; compensationType also lists Fee-for-Service. On-call compensation provided via Medical On‑Call Availability Program (MOCAP) (on-call stipend noted at 1:4). Compensation estimate includes salary, on-call stipend, Retention Premium and Retention Flat Fee. Additional supports: Rural CME allowance $1,800–$7,800/year; relocation assistance (up to $15,000 if relocating from outside Canada; $12,000 if from outside Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC).
