This position is a Fee for Service position. There may be an opportunity to obtain a position on site with an agreed upon negotiated on-site contract. There is an agreement in place for specialist on call stipend for Obstetrical call service.

Fee for Service On Call Stipend - Physicians are remunerated for being on call. $350,000.00 - $507,466.00 (Contract, paid monthly). Non-repayable Return for Service stipend available with completion of a three-year contract. Relocation stipend available.

Targeted Surgical Specialty Recruitment and Retention Incentive: $200,000 over five years for Urology or ENT (Year 1: $40,000 after 12 months; Year 2: $40,000 after 24 months; Year 3: $20,000 after 36 months; Year 4: $50,000 after 48 months; Year 5: $50,000 after 60 months). Eligibility requires full-time on-site practice in Regina, physicians new to Saskatchewan, ≥220 days of service, and other conditions; locum service does not qualify.

Daily rate $2,900; Saskatchewan Health Authority will cover flights, car rental, and temporary accommodations. Method of payment: Contract.

Contract; successful candidates may be eligible for the Targeted Pediatric Subspecialty Recruitment and Retention Incentive of up to $200,000.
