Family Physician – Full-Time

Location: 41 Lesmill Rd, Toronto, ON M3B 2T3

Full-time Family Physician opportunity in a busy, well-established family medicine clinic located in the heart of Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-demand urban setting with strong earning potential and comprehensive administrative support.

Practice Details

• Full-time position (minimum 4–5 days per week)
• High patient volume with an established patient base
• Fully equipped clinic with experienced administrative staff
• Collaborative and supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine health assessments, preventive care, and screenings
• Provide ongoing patient management, follow-ups, and specialist referrals as required
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Promote continuity of care and patient education

Compensation

• Fee-for-service model
• 20% clinic split (inclusive of HST)
• Estimated earnings: $180–$220 per hour, depending on patient volume

Support for International Medical Graduates (IMGs)

We provide comprehensive support for eligible IMG and internationally trained physicians, including:

• Supervision arrangements (if required)
• Assistance with CPSO licensing and certification
• Work permit/visa support, where applicable

Qualifications

• Eligible for independent or supervised practice registration with the CPSO
• CCFP (or equivalent)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to full-time practice
