As a Familly Physician in Carleton place you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a variety of settings inluding in-patient care, long-term care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine Anesthesia and surgical assisst. 

Our healthcare network in Carleton Place is comprised of two FHOs ( Carleton Place & Beckwith) that have almalgamated. We are a team of 15 dedicated physicians. Soon to be co-located with the Ottawa Valley Family Health Team ( OVFHT) in our new clinic space in the Carleton Place Regional Health Hub in 2025. This collaboration will integrate a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists and Occupational Therapists all within one facility. 

Our clinic offers a comprehensive suite of services that include Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Disease Care, Congestive Heart Failure program, Hypertension management, Mental Health Services, Smoking Cessation,Well Women services, INR Monitoring, Cardiac Rehab and a Memory Clinic.
