Addtionally, the Almonte FHO is colocated with the Ottawa Valley Family Health Team (OVFHT). The OVFHT includes Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists and Psychotherapists all within the same building.

The clinic offers an array of programs and services including Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Disease program, Congestive Heart Failure program, Hypertension Program, Cardiac Rehab, Smoking Cessation, Mental Health program, Well Women program along with a memory clinic.
