Adjacent to Credit Valley Hospital on the corner of Eglington Ave West and Credit Valley Road, our COMPLETELY RENOVATED office will open MAY 2025 supported by a staff who respects you and supports you by providing care to your patients by delivering immunizations, b12 shots, flu shots, etc. Temporary office is thriving and has a patient base of currently 3500 PATIENTS.
