Role Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Family Physicians to join our team. Physician owned clinic in business for over 50+ years. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a fully equipped and EMR-enabled clinic. We are looking for a family physician who is interested in taking over a FHO practice, bring your own practice or build your own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person and virtual consultations for patients of all ages
• Manage chronic diseases, acute care, preventive health, and minor procedures
• Collaborate with clinic staff and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR (Telus Health PS Suite or equivalent)

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• CMPA coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care
