WHAT's ON OFFER

• Top notch clinic, sizable, well-structured, new premises, spacious and light (you'd get windows!), well staffed and supportive
• FHO model (good for work-life balance) with a good-sized team of doctors and support staff. Option to also do Urgent care / walk-ins too.
• See 20 to 30 patients per day
• $25,000 to $50,000 relocation fee for long-term commitment
• Work only 4 days per week (eg Fridays off), or more if you want
• Work 9 am to 4 pm (one hour of admin included), or at other preferred (eg longer hours or at different times)
• Get 2,000 patients immediately from retiring Dr! No need to build your own list and go through a period of lower income.
• Billings: around $450,000 / $500,000 per year (can do more if you do longer hours than described above)
• 2 rooms available for each doctor 
• Option to develop special interests: eg current doctors do paps and IUD insertions, dermatology and joint injections
• Clinic open evenings and 7 days per week if you'd like to do some extra OOH (not required)
• Option to do all phone consults from home
• 3 experienced doctors are interested to mentor new starts
• The group cover each other when on annual leave for seeing patients, prescription renewal and in box coverage
• Extra items included in overheads: extra Health insurance package for GP and their family (dental, optical, etc), Ontario Medical Association (OMA) membership, Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• New, spacious and bright building. 2 Rooms for each doctor (at least one of them would have windows, which is rare in Ontario! Each has 2 rooms. 1 room is used as main office/exam room and the other one is just an exam room.
• Training on the billing provided
• Multi-service medical centre: Dental, Pharmacy, Cardiac, X-Ray, Physiotherapy, Laboratory, Uninsured Services
