River Medical Centre is a modern family medicine clinic conveniently located at River and Dundas street (on the 505 streetcar line). There are two other experienced and very helpful family physicians working at the clinic. You will have your own office + 2 exams rooms to see patients. There are 3-4 front desk staff present daily who can do vitals, rooming, immunizations, ear flushing, TB tests, and ECGs. We also offer phlebotomy for our patients at the clinic. Pharmacy on site; pharmacist very helpful finding alternatives covered by ODB/alternatives during shortages. Dietician also available on site. Parking available if needed.

I am looking for a Locum to cover my practice for approximately 3-4 months - negotiable. Start date flexible - start in June 2025.  My practice is approximately 1200 patients, well managed with updated charts. We use Avaros EMR with Ocean integration. 

Work any 6 half days per week (3 full days). 20 minute time slots. Choose your own schedule. 2-3 urgent care shifts per month (5-8 pm on Wednesdays and 10-2pm on Saturday). These are booked on the same day for urgent cases only (no pre-booking or outside walk in).
