Exciting opportunity to join Winston Park Family Physicians, a friendly and well-established family practice within the multidisciplinary Winston Park Medical Centre.

I am seeking a family physician to provide locum coverage for my well-managed and highly supported family practice from June 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028.

The Practice

Winston Park Medical Centre is a front-line primary care and multidisciplinary clinic providing comprehensive medical care from newborns through to seniors.

Our services include family medicine, acute and chronic disease management, preventative care, sports/orthopaedic care, physiotherapy, an on-site pharmacy, Ontario Diagnostic Imaging, and Gamma-Dynacare laboratory services.

The family practice consists of a friendly group of four physicians and is supported by highly competent nursing staff, exceptional reception staff, and an outstanding office manager.

We are associated with the Mississauga FHO group of 27 physicians.

Locum Opportunity

• 3.5–4 full days per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Young, well-managed practice with relatively few complex elderly patients
• Established and supportive patient population
• PS Suite EMR
• Tali AI access included
• Excellent nursing, administrative, and reception support
• Multidisciplinary services conveniently available on-site
• Free parking

Compensation

Competitive FHO-based compensation, to be discussed.

In addition:

• 100% of shadow billings
• 100% of third-party fees, including WSIB, insurance forms, and other uninsured services
