Our clinic offers a well-organized, efficient, and supportive family medicine practice with an established patient roster and an experienced clinical team.

The practice includes a broad spectrum of comprehensive family medicine, including:

• Primary care and same-day visits
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and health screening
• Prenatal care
• Pediatrics
• Women's health
• Mental health assessment and follow-up
• Minor office procedures (optional, based on the locum's comfort level)

The daily workflow is structured to support efficient, high-quality patient care. A dedicated nurse is available to assist with injections, immunizations, procedures, patient education, and other clinical tasks, allowing physicians to focus on assessment and management. Our medical office assistants and nursing staff are experienced, friendly, and highly supportive, creating a collaborative and welcoming work environment.

Procedures are entirely optional. Physicians who enjoy procedural work are welcome to perform them, while those who prefer office-based family medicine without procedures can do so comfortably.

The clinic uses an organized appointment schedule, modern EMR, and a team-based approach to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while maintaining an efficient and enjoyable workday.

Compensation: $400/day+ hourly rate for FHO plus($80/day) and shadow billing base on FHO plus, approximately more than $1500/day. The fixed daily rate is negotiable for the right candidate.
