Per Diem + Fee-For-Service Split

The average gross income of a Family Medicine Physician in Alberta is $380 522.00. Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends. Combination: flat daily or half-day flat fee for overhead contribution; LFP billing

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours payments of $1,000 for weekday shifts and $1,400 for weekend shifts; sessional payments for mentorship activities, events and quality improvement projects; LTCI incentive payments.

Clinical Service Contract; on-call remuneration; relocation assistance $9,000 - $15,000 (with eligible receipts); incentives subject to change.

Combination payment; overhead 80/20 and 90/10 with seasonal patient-panel incentives.
