Please be advised that the Chilliwack Emergency Physicians’ Association is hiring locum emergency physicians to work in Chilliwack General Hospital. Chilliwack General Hospital is a 131 bed, University of BC affiliated community hospital offering medical, surgical, obstetrics, psychiatry, and a regional eye care centre, as well as 24/7 Emergency Services with over 60,585 visits annually.

Current CCFP (EM) residents are encouraged to apply with possible start time including after completion of training or after the CCFP(EM) examination.

Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Mandatory); Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) (Desired); Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Desired); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) – Emergency Medicine (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory); Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) (Eligible)
