There is the potential for exponential patient growth in this location and the current physician is booked 1 month in advance and can not accept any new patients. Location has ample parking with physiotherapy and optometry offices located next door. A Pharmacy is coming within the next few months. The Current family physician, who also owns the clinic and the strata unit, is looking to semi-retire and this is a PERFECT opportunity for a physician wanting the option to take over the clinic in the very near future. The ability to speak Punjabi is preferred and Hindi/Urdu is an asset.
