The Medical Clinic, located in Tsawwassen, is a community-oriented family practice and walk-in clinic dedicated to delivering comprehensive care. We focus on long-term health management for families and individuals in Tsawwassen and South Delta, with expertise in allergies and immunology.
Our clinic offers a range of services including general checkups, chronic disease management, preventative care, and mental health support, and operates from our site at the Walmart in Tsawwassen Springs Mall.

Logistics & Compensation:
• Patient Volume: Our physicians typically manage a patient load of 18-26 daily, with 15-20 minute appointment slots, allowing you to determine your pace.
• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a customizable schedule that accommodates both in-person and virtual consultations, available Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
• Compensation Structure: Negotiable split options available; select from various contracts (LFP, NTP, FFS), with full benefits provided through Doctors of BC, allowing for earnings between

Role & Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive Scope: Provide cradle-to-grave family medicine, including acute and chronic care, preventive health, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Clinical Interests: We actively support your interests in specialty areas, whether that includes OB, Mental Health, Dermatology, or Geriatrics.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
• CPSBC Registration: Must be eligible for full or provisional registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
• Essential Traits: Demonstrated compassion, strong listening abilities, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with EMR systems (training available) and familiarity with current technologies.
Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Desired); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
