We have an opportunity for several long-standing family physicians to join us. Come and live and work in charming hamlet of Aldergrove. Join a well-established clinic and get mentorship and business coaching. The team of dedicated staff have a passion for serving Aldergrove residents, but we need support. Working out of a traditional main street clinic in the downtown core, the clinic has two adjoining offices, equipped with examination rooms, doctors offices, and a surgical suite with easy access to a Pharmacy and Physiotherapy. The practice has been in operation for the last 27 years, and at its peak, the clinic had 16 physicians seeing upwards of 300 patients. Due to retirement and natural attrition, the clinic team is smaller, but the patient base remains the same and in fact the local population is growing, and the community is bursting with development, so help is urgently needed. We have the facilities set up and the patient base established. You can make your own schedule and work as much or as little as you like. Parking is free at this centralized location. Compensation for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications. It will be $300-400K. You have the option to choose LFP billing.
