Family Doctor / Locum

Clinic Overview:
Our Lougheed Mall Clinic is a spacious two-level facility, featuring a pharmacy and walk-in clinic on the first floor, and a dedicated family practice on the second floor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care, including the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient demographic.

-Conduct a hybrid model of care consisting of scheduled in-clinic examinations and virtual/telehealth consultations.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and specialist referrals.

-Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records using the Oscar EMR system.

-Collaborate effectively with on-site healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and clinic administrative staff (MOAs), to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Licensure: Eligible for or holding a Full License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
