MATERNITY LEAVE LOCUM OPPORTUNITY

[FHO, Nobleton - 5 half days per week, flexible schedule]

Duration: Jan/Feb 2026 to Oct 2026 (flexible, 9 mo. preferred)

Location: Nobleton Medical Clinic, located at Highway 27 and King Road, easily accessible from Highway 400.

About the Opportunity: I am seeking a Family Physician to provide maternity leave coverage for a well-organized FHO practice of ~800 patients. The clinic is efficient, collegial, and supported by experienced administrative staff and nursing support. New grads welcome. 

Schedule:

• 5 half-days per week (3.25 hours per half day)
• 1 evening per week (5pm to 8pm)
• 1 Saturday every 5th week (9:30am to 12:30pm)

Days in office are flexible and open for discussion.

Compensation:

• $550 per half-day
• 75% of 3rd-party, non-OHIP (25% for overhead)
• Optional 3 weeks paid vacation
• Completion bonus offered

Inbox coverage expected and is manageable given practice size and longer appointments. Pending FHO+ agreement in April 2026, Locum can keep all administrative billing. 

Practice Details:

• 30-minute routine appointments
• 15-minute phone appointments 
• 15-minute same-day urgent appointments (approximately 3 per half-day)
