Location: 955 Major MacKenzie Dr W #201, Vaughan, Ontario.

We are a group of 5 family physicians, part of a larger FHO group of 45 physicians, at Gates of Maple Family Practice near Bathurst and Major MacKenzie. We are currently looking for a family physician to take over the practice of a leaving physician.

This position is available starting May 1 2026 or earlier and for a patient size of approximately 1300.

• 5 physician workstations and 8 spacious exam rooms
