Paediatrician – Full-Time, Part-Time, or Locum
Location: Just 30 minutes south of London, Ontario
Department: Paediatrics
About the Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated Paediatricians to join a team of Community Consultant Paediatricians providing secondary-level care in a dynamic and well-supported hospital environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collegial department with strong interdepartmental collaboration and an excellent work-life balance.
Department Highlights
- Six-bed inpatient paediatric unit
- Four-bed Level 2B NICU
- Over 900 births annually
- Strong partnerships with Emergency and Labour & Delivery teams
- On-call rotation: one week in five, promoting a sustainable lifestyle
Compensation: $230,000–$310,000/year, depending on experience and clinical workload.
Candidate Requirements
- MD or equivalent
- Certification in Paediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent)
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Strong commitment to collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care
- Interest in medical education and mentoring students, residents, NPs, and PAs
