I am looking for coverage at my practise located at Jane Finch Family Health Team in Toronto. I am looking for a locum to cover 6 half-days/week (flexible days of coverage) + 3 Sunday after hour care clinics/month (9a-12p), but negotiable if you only want to do 2 Sundays/month (however Sundays can be quite lucrative and this would be on top of your per diem). EMR is Oscar Pro. Appointments are booked every 15 minutes, and you would be expected to see 12 patients/half day (24 patients/full day).

Of note, I was a locum for this practise for 2.5 years, before deciding to take over in June 2023.

This is a very well run practise of 2200 patients with excellent admin support, 8 collegial FHO physicians, and a multidisciplinary team made up of 3 nurses, 2 NPs, 4 social workers who do mental health counselling and CBT as well, a dedicated diabetic team, a general dietician, pharmacy staff, and chiropodist. Our nurses do all vitals and measurements, vaccine administration, ear cleaning, and wound dressing. Also, there is free on-site parking, and the clinic is close to highways 400/401/407.

Renumeration is very competitive: Per diem + FFS -- $500 per half day with $400 extra/week for inbox mgmt and paperwork, and 100% shadow billing & third party billing.
