Opportunities for family physicians to take over established family practices in the growing community of Brantford & Brant County. Located in the picturesque Grand River Valley, 20 minutes west of Hamilton, the community offers outstanding recreational opportunities including endless biking and hiking trails in an unmatched natural playground. Brantford was named by Mclean's magazine as the "best city in Canada to buy real estate" in April 2018.

Waterford Medical Centre is located in a lovely town of Waterford in Brant County in a shared medical building that is family owned with a dental and family practice. Physicians are part of the Brantford FHO (27 physicians). This is an established practice group of 2 physicians sharing existing resources with space for more to join. The clinic uses EMR system PS Suite Telus Health.

Skill/training requirements:Medical Degree, Residency in Family Medicine, Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada and independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

Language of work: English

Wage: Practice is blended capitation model as part of a Family Health Organization with base pay based on the number of rostered patients with fee-for-service payments for other services.
