Start Date: Fall 2025-Winter 2026
Are you a passionate Family Physician looking to shape the future of community healthcare in a collaborative, patient-centered setting?
We are currently developing a family medicine practice and integrated physiotherapy practice that is co-located with a multidisciplinary interventional pain clinic. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a practice under construction, designed to evolve into a comprehensive care hub.
Our Vision:
We are building an integrated family health practice that brings together:
Primary care
Integrated physiotherapy clinic
Access to medical specialists
An onsite state-of-the-art interventional pain clinic
Our goal is to create a truly collaborative health centre where physicians, therapists, and specialists work seamlessly to provide whole-person care — from chronic disease management to pain relief and rehabilitation.
The Opportunity:
Join a growing and innovative pain management clinic with a strong existing referral base
Help shape and establish a complementary family medicine practice as part of our future-focused model
Collaborate closely with anesthetists, physiatrists, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals
Enjoy flexible hours, competitive remuneration, and full support in setting up your practice
Work in a modern, purpose-built facility with EMR and shared resources
You Bring:
Full registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
A desire to practice in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment
An interest in chronic pain, integrated care, or complementary health approaches (assets, not requirements)
A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
This is your chance to help design the practice you want to work in — while improving access to coordinated care in the Hamilton community.
Let’s build something meaningful together.
