Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist / OB-GYN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of services, including preventive care, diagnosis and management of gynecological conditions, and obstetrical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynaecological care, including routine exams, Pap smears, contraceptive counselling, and menopause management
- Diagnose and manage common and complex gynaecological conditions
- Perform office-based procedures
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records according to regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing professional development
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Full or provisional license to practice in Ontario
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing patient-centered and culturally sensitive care
