Woodstock Hospital is a full-service community hospital including 24/7 Lab Services, Diagnostic Imaging (including CT and MRI), 12 bed CCU, Rehab, Complex Continuing Care, 14 bed Obstetrics unit, Schedule 1 Psychiatry and state-of-the-art Surgical Services. We provide primary care to a population of 55,000 people and to nearly 140,000 in Oxford County. Woodstock Hospital delivers approximately 1,200 babies each year. Woodstock Hospital is a Level 1B Hospital and will hopefully become a Level 2 Nursery as our Pediatric program grows, to allow for a Special Care Nursery/Pediatric admissions. Woodstock is known as the “Friendly City” and is conveniently located on the 401, only a 30 minute drive to London and a 90 minute drive to Toronto. We are seeking a General Practitioner with a specialization in Obstetrics (GP-OB) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an unrestricted license through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario that allows the physician to fulfil the requirements of this position. 

This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
