I am seeking a locum to cover my maternity leave, working in a FHT with lots of support. Am open to partial coverage for this time frame as well.
*****Practice size of approximately 900 patients (about 850 rostered).
*****Supports: nurses, clinic manager, referrals coordinator, chiropodist, diabetes nurse, dieticians, social workers, pharmacist
*****Remuneration: Full billings (ie. all capitation, shadow billings, FFS, third party billings) minus overhead paid to the clinic (33%) and excluding bonuses. Over the last year, my monthly net income after overhead averages $13,500 per month.
*****Coverage - 6 half days per week, including approximately two after hours clinic per month (5-8pm)
