Take-over a stable roster of 997 patients in a FHO clinic comprising of 7 total MD’s.

Ocean(for online booking, referrals and patient emailing) and PatientServ(for patient billing of non-OHIP services).

After-Hours Clinic: Our 7-physician FHO provides five after-hour clinics per week as mandated by the FHO agreement. These are shared as evenly as possible amongst each physician.

Overhead: Cost-sharing agreement. Pay your share of lease, utilities, staff, EMR, supplies and equipment.

Internal Economy: We compensate each other for seeing another FHO physician's patients in the after-hours clinic.

Shared Staff: 1 RN, 1 RPN, 1 clinical attendant, 4 admin/reception, after-hours reception.
