Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends. Fee for Service On Call Stipend - Physicians are remunerated for being on call. Fee for Service On Call Stipend - Physicians are remunerated for being on call. Fee for Service Through the Outreach and Travelling Physician Support Policy Visiting Specialists are eligible for monetary supports: The outreach financial incentive, at a minimum, requires one way travel greater than 50kms, and pays at $1/kms up to a maximum 500kms one way. Zonal Medical Affairs will calculate payments using a round-trip amount on a monthly basis. For approved outreach service requests AHS will remunerate mileage/car rentals/taxis, meals, flights and accommodation in keeping with the AHS Travel Policy.

Fee-for-Service; May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA): Recruitment Incentive $10,000; Fee Premium 6.09%; Annual Flat Fee $7,010.46; Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3–4, increasing to a maximum of $4,400/annum after 4 years.

Fee-for-Service; Overhead: 25% on in-clinic earnings, 10% on hospital/community care; Eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives: Recruitment Incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE), Relocation up to $15,000, Flat fee $6,373.80, Fee Premium/Retention Premium 4.20%; CME: $2,200/year (yrs 3–4) and $4,400/year after 4 years.
