Locum Opportunity at FHO Group Practice – Ancaster, ON

A FHO physician practicing as part of a 3-member group in Ancaster is seeking locum coverage for her practice for up to 4 months, starting immediately. The locum can expect to work up to 3.5 days per week, with flexibility in determining which days. After hours on-call coverage to the FHO is not required, and the practice is offering a competitive daily stipend for all work provided.

The successful candidate will care for a roster of ~1,000 well-managed patients and can expect to see 20-22 patients per day. The practice is supported by 3 experienced administrative staff who handle appointments, referrals, and reception, as well as nursing support Monday-Thursday. The practice uses Telus PS Suite EMR.

The practice is conveniently located in downtown Ancaster just minutes away from highway 403 and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway. The locum will receive free on-site parking and will have access to 2 exam rooms and a private office.
