We are seeking Internists and Cardiologists interested in joining our outpatient cardiology group practice.
K-W Cardiopulmonary Services Inc. (CPS) is a busy outpatient facility that provides cardiac and pulmonary
diagnostic services to the patients of Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and those elsewhere in
Southwestern Ontario. Our region is a vibrant and thriving community, and a great place in which to live,
work and raise a family.
Our physician group currently consists of 17 cardiologists and 10 respirologists. We are closely affiliated
with the Regional Cardiac and Respirology Programs at St. Mary’s General Hospital. More information

Our total catchment area exceeds 1 million people, and we have a large and well-established referral
base. We will help set up your practice. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a turnkey
outpatient practice setup. Part-time and locum opportunities are available. Suitably qualified physicians
joining our group can interpret and be reimbursed for cardiac tests (ECGs, Holters, Echocardiograms,
Stress tests, and Stress echo). Remuneration will be on a fee-for-service model. Overhead expenses are
divided up equitably and fairly amongst our group.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
2. Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine or
Cardiology
3. Current medical malpractice license (CMPA or equivalent)
