Locum wanted  to cover my family practice for 4 months at Olive MD in Etobicoke, across from Sherway Gardens  Mall with ample free parking.  Great area surrounded by multiple shopping plazas and close highway access. We are a collegial FHO of 6 physicians with a full-time nurse, on-site lab and pharmacy. We have very helpful admin staff and use Avaros  EMR ( Oscar-based EMR)

EMR charts  are well organized and I am  available for support/advice regarding my patients

Well managed FHO roster of 750 patients and some FFS patients

Renumeration:

$600/ 3 hours in office- 2 days per week ( access to 2 exam rooms)- preferably Tues and Thurs but some flexibility in days/hours

$600/ 3 hours  virtual- telephone or videocalls from home-  Any 1 half day

100% of shadow billing/ FFS and non-OHIP billing( minus 25% overhead)

Hourly rate for you  inbox management each week. I will manage my own inbox

No After- Hours FHO coverage required

Time off for vacation  can be accomodated as other physicians can cover.

Flexibility in  renumeration depending on experience.

Start date: June 2025 ( date flexible)
