FHO locum July and/or Aug 2025 at the Etobicoke Medical Centre FHT in West Toronto. 4-8 weeks of coverage during this time would be ideal.
FHO practice of 1500 patients of diverse demographics. Screening and documentation well managed.
3-3.5 days/week flexible hours with a mix of in person and virtual appointments.
Per diem plus split of WSIB and 3rd party billings.
State of the art facility of 19 collegial MDs, each with a private office and 2 exam rooms. Telus PS Suite EMR. Easy parking onsite.
Nursing does intake, vitals and injections.
FHT team includes nurse practitioners, social workers, psychological associates, dieticians, a diabetic nurse and a pharmacist who provide mental health care, diabetes care, INR management and more. See website emcfht.ca
