We are supported by an excellent team, including nurses who do vaccines, suture/staple removal, ear syringing, BP etc, and admin staff who work hard to allow physicians to do what they do best.

Schedule: up to four half days/week, minimum three urgent care shifts/ month

Practice size: approximately 1000 FHO patients

Remuneration: up to $2000/week (each half-day consists of three-hour clinic + one-hour protected time paperwork) + 100% shadow billings+ 100% FFS home visits+ 70% non-insured service, WSIB; For urgent care shifts: 100% FFS for non-FHO pts seen on weeknights, 100% FFS for ALL patients seen on weekend shifts

Optional: palliative home visits, ER, retirement home rounds, and hospitalist (Uxbridge Hospital is next door), locum for other FMDs in the clinic, teaching/supervision
