Seeking Locums for our Family Medicine Clinics

Come join us for a working holiday on the beautiful Lake of the Woods! 8hr clinic days with our team of healthcare professionals! You can explore all our area has to offer in the evenings & weekends during your locum with us! Additional opportunities to pick up shifts in the Emergency Department and/or Surgical Assist may be available, but are not required.

Remuneration 

• $1749.77 per 8hr day plus 20% Shadow Billing
• Opportunity to pick up additional Emergency Department shifts or on-call surgical assists.

Family Practice Clinic Work: Sunset Country Family Health team comprised of Nurse Practitioners, nurses, dietician, pharmacist, social workers and other specialists.

Your clinic hours will be fully supported by the services of an RPN, staff and on-site lab and billing appointment booking, transcription and medical records support staff. Clinics are fully computerized with EMR.   

Required Qualifications:

Current valid license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

Current CMPA coverage for Ontario

If interested in ED shifts additional requirements of ED experience (with your independent practice license), and current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS training OR CCFP or CCFP (EM), or FRCP (EM)
