Boardwalk Medical Centre | Family Health Organization (FHO)
A well-established Family Health Organization (FHO) practice at Boardwalk Medical Centre in Waterloo is seeking a Locum Family Physician to join a supportive and collaborative clinical team for December 1st, 2026. End day is flexible. Also open to locum to transition to take over.
Practice Highlights
- Approximately 1,100 rostered patients
- Established, organized practice with efficient workflows
- Collaborative team of 5 experienced family physicians
- Excellent nursing and MOA support
- EMR: PS Suite
Schedule
- 6 half-days per week
- Flexible scheduling may be discussed
Compensation
- Half-day clinical stipend
- Additional administrative stipend
- Details to be discussed directly, including FHO+ considerations
Locum Dates
- December 1, 2026 (end date flexible)
- Open to transition to take over practice
